Mr. Toad's Wild Ride...

Today I dropped the kids off at school and daycare, and decided to treat myself to a stop at my favorite coffee house, Mr. Toad's Coffeehouse and Roasters, here in Cary.

Other than being with my kids, there is nothing I enjoy more than sitting in a comfy chair with a warm cup of coffee and the latest issue of US Magazine (could Jamie Lynn REALLY be pregnant again?)

My favorite concoction at Mr. Toad's is their Mint Mocha; a hot mocha with a shot of Crème de Menthe syrup and whipped cream. It's the perfect treat on a nice 74 degree day like today:) Although, I hear it's supposed to rain tonight..

Obama, Mama..

Last May I got my first baby gift for little Jacob-

He's grown out of it, but I just love it, so I took it apart and made in into a throw pillow for our guest room.
